Booking Terms
- Reservation: Bookings can be made online or via phone. A valid email address and contact number are required for confirmation.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to the tour start date.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 30 days prior: Full refund minus the deposit.
- 15-30 days prior: 50% refund of the total cost.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- Cancellation by Operator: If the tour is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to reschedule for a different date.
Payment Methods
- Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or other specified methods at the time of booking.
- Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Additional Terms
